The operator

Which legal entity operates the service

AfriRykdom X is a commercial designation for the entity that owns and manages this platform and the corresponding trading client system.

The operating company is the entity you contract with when you accept our Terms of Use and open an account. Its full registered name, its legal form, its registered particulars and the identity of the group it belongs to are set out in the client agreement you receive at onboarding, and are supplied on request through the routes described in the "Requesting documentation" section below.

Given that organizational hierarchies, registration details and service provisioning may evolve, we intentionally refrain from publishing them as permanent content on promotional materials. The definitive references are the client terms document and accompanying compliance pack provided to you; in any conflict between this page and those documents, the documents take precedence.

Group companies and service providers

Certain functions - technology hosting, payment processing, market data, customer identification tools - are carried out by specialist third-party providers under written agreements. The categories of provider we use, and the way your personal data is handled by them, are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish provider names on this page.

Framework

The regulatory framework we work within

We describe here the type of obligations that govern the service, rather than naming authorities or quoting reference numbers, which belong in the formal documentation.

  1. 01

    Client identification

All accounts undergo identity verification prior to account funding, commencement of trading or processing withdrawals, pursuant to the KYC and AML procedures outlined on our KYC & AML page.

  2. 02

    Financial-crime prevention

Screening for sanctioned parties and elevated risk entities, continuous monitoring of account activity, internal reporting mechanisms and documentation storage consistent with relevant regulatory requirements.

  3. 03

    Handling of client money

Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.

  4. 04

    Fair and clear communication

Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.

  5. 05

    Data protection

Client information is handled according to specified legal grounds, maintained only for the required duration, and secured through authentication protocols and cryptographic safeguards for all data movement and storage.

  6. 06

    Complaints handling

A written internal complaints procedure with acknowledgement, investigation and a substantive reply within the timeframe stated when your complaint is logged.

Where a jurisdiction imposes stricter local requirements than those above, the stricter requirement applies to clients resident there.

Availability

Jurisdictions served and excluded

The service is offered only where we are permitted to offer it. Availability is assessed at registration on the basis of your country of residence, and it can change.

Where the service is offered

Accounts may be opened by residents of the countries listed as eligible in the registration flow of your account. If your country appears in that list and you pass verification, you can proceed. If it does not appear, the service is not available to you.

Where the service is not offered

  • Nations and regions subject to current international sanctions frameworks or trade restrictions.
  • Market segments in which provision of such services to non-professional investors demands regulatory authorization that we have not obtained.
  • Jurisdictions identified as high risk for financial crime under applicable rules.
  • Any territory we have chosen to exclude for internal risk reasons.

No solicitation

No content presented herein is designed for, or meant to be made available to or accessed by, residents of regions where availability or participation would breach applicable legislation. Opening or using this website from a restricted region does not grant entitlement to access the service. Should your residence change to a restricted region while you maintain an active account, notify us immediately - your account may be subject to suspension or termination with any remaining funds remitted to you.

Documentation

How to request corporate and compliance documents

Clients, prospective clients and professional counterparties may request our corporate and compliance documentation. We provide it on request rather than publishing it openly.

What can be requested

  • Details regarding the responsible operator and its organizational registration information.
  • The operative client terms and the applicable fee schedule for your specific account.
  • A summary of our AML and client-identification procedures.
  • The complaints-handling procedure and escalation route.
  • Data-protection information relating to your own personal data.

How to make the request

  1. 01

    Write to us

Use the contact route on our contact page. Use "Regulatory documentation request" as the subject line.

  2. 02

    Identify yourself

State whether you are an existing client (and give the email address on the account) or a prospective client, and which documents you need.

  3. 03

    Receive the pack

Requests are answered within the timeframe stated when your request is acknowledged. Some documents may be provided in extract form where they contain confidential internal detail.

Documents are sent to the verified contact details on file. We cannot send account-specific documentation to a third party without your written authorisation.

Contact

Regulatory and compliance questions

Inquiries concerning our regulatory standing, our compliance frameworks, or matters requiring formal escalation should be directed via the compliance channel rather than standard support.

How do I raise a compliance question?

Send it through the contact page and identify it as "Compliance". Supply the registered email if you have an existing account, and outline your inquiry concisely.

How do I make a formal complaint?

Use the same route and mark the message "Complaint". You will receive an acknowledgement, a reference and an indication of the timeframe for a substantive reply. If the outcome does not resolve the matter, the reply will explain the further escalation options available to you.

What process do I use for reporting illicit conduct or misappropriation of our corporate identity?

Use the report abuse page. Impersonation of AfriRykdom X in messages, adverts or cloned sites should be reported there so we can act on it.

Are corporate partnerships or media inquiries processed through this channel?

Certainly - submit via the contact form with a descriptive subject heading and it will be directed appropriately.
